Stratise AI Labs was incorporated in 2025, based in Blackburn and with a single mission: to close the digital skills gap and deliver cutting-edge machine-learning solutions to organisations across sectors. From the outset, we have been actively engaging with local councils and SMEs, fostering strategic conversations around transparent, accountable AI systems that enhance efficiency in housing, energy, and community services. Founder/Principal Consultant
Victor is a seasoned data scientist with over a decade of industry experience across transatlantic markets. An alumnus of the University of Bath, he holds a BSc in Computer Science and Electronics, complemented by two postgraduate degrees specialising in predictive analytics and advanced machine learning. His career has equipped him with deep technical proficiency, strategic insight, and a commitment to delivering high-impact AI solutions across diverse sectors.
